Rimofy keeps what you hand it: a photo, a receipt, a place, a sentence, a trip. You don’t file anything. Later, you ask in everyday language.

Create an account

• Email, password (8 characters minimum), optional display name.
• Or Continue with Google.
• 30 analyses included, no card required.

Sign in

• Email and password.
• Magic link by email.
• Google, if offered.

First visit

Optional profile photo, required display name, and your consents: location at capture time, camera, microphone, analysis on the way in. Without a name, Rimofy brings you back here.

Profile

• Edit name, photo, and optional home address. A small map appears when an address is saved.
• See your plan (Free, Rimofy, or Family) and analysis counter.
• Subscribe or manage billing.
• Export your data.
• Delete the account: immediately on Free; on a paid plan, at period end or immediately, no refund. You can cancel a scheduled deletion.
• Sign out.

From Home: Settings (gear) and Profile (avatar). On a phone, the app stays in portrait.

“What are you looking for?” opens the Assistant. The mic dictates the search.

Eight captures

A tap on any of the eight icons always opens that panel.

Center logo

• One tap: the action chosen in Settings (camera by default).
• Double-tap: voice assistant, if your account allows it. Rimofy answers out loud, and may offer “Take me there”.
• Click actions: Image, Receipt, Document, Memo, Place, Voice, Trip, Health, or Search.

Image

Camera or library. Crop if you want. Optional note, also by dictation.

Document

PDF, image, text, or Word. You can add an appointment. Rimofy can also spot dates.

Memo

Required text (or dictation). Ideal for a code, a reference, a loan. Optional reminder.

Voice

Record in the app, then a transcript. Settings → Save voice files: on keeps the audio; off (default) keeps only the transcript.

Place

Current position and optional note. Used on the map and for guidance.

Receipt

Photo of the receipt. Rimofy reads shop, lines, amount, category. Feeds the expenses book. Always personal.

Health

Always personal. Never shared with family, never on the map. Google Calendar only gets health appointments if you turn that on.

Trip

• You start, Rimofy follows (location).
• Stop and save: distance, speeds, altitudes, path.
• Stop without saving: nothing is kept.
• Photos taken during the trip show on the card.
• A saved trip does not use your analysis quota.

Newest first: type, title, place, date, Me or Family.

One to three shortcut buttons (Settings). Default: Finance and Calendar. Contacts stays greyed out until you add one. A second tap clears the filter. At least one stays on.

Search from two characters, with dictation.

• Correct the title. Saving a note on a photo, place or memo re-runs the analysis.
• Family / Personal (except health).
• Manual or automatic filing.
• Add or change the place (except trips).
• Take me there, or remove coordinates.
• Delete: permanent, after confirmation. No trash.

“Linked to this item” keeps one pin on the map. Attach a memo, document, photo, place, or receipt. Not a trip, not health.

Domain, then topic, then memories. One memory can sit in several folders without being copied. In a family, tap the folder icon (not the name) to make a whole shelf Family or Personal. Health stays private.

Every memory with a place, except health. Tap a pin to open it. Tap elsewhere to save a place. Filter by type and date.

Ask as you would a person who saw it all. Answers come from your memories, including family shares. If Rimofy has nothing, it says so. It does not invent. “I’m leaving” starts a trip right away. A question uses your analysis quota.

Events come from voice, documents, health notes, and memos. Notifications: at the time or 15 minutes before, same-day reminders, and nearby-place alerts if you allow them.

Settings → Contacts. Vehicles, health, pets, people, characters, useful contacts (restaurant, garage, EMS…). Then link them on a memory. Share a contact with the family and its linked memories (except health) become family too.

Create a home on the Family plan only. Join with an invite. Share a card or a whole shelf. Health is never shared.

Reading history is unlimited. A saved trip does not use quota.

Month by month: balance, money in, money out. Photograph a receipt or a payslip from the header, or add a line by hand.

Grouped: doctor, dentist, therapist, medicines, prescriptions, labs, imaging, vaccine, hospital, other. Yours alone.

• Install Rimofy on the home screen.
• Contacts.
• Logo tap action (9 choices).
• Memory shortcuts: 1 to 3.
• Save voice files.
• Notifications and Google Calendar, including an opt-in for health appointments.

• Nothing is recorded in the background.
• Location only at capture time, if you agreed.
• Health is isolated.
• Export from the profile.
• A deleted memory is gone for good.

Offline, a text memo can wait in a queue. Photos, documents, and receipts need a network when you send them. From another app: Share → Rimofy.

When a memory, the Assistant, or voice has a place, Take me there opens the route from where you are.

1. Health is always yours alone.
2. Quota is new analyses, not rereading. 30 on Free (total), 200 / month on Rimofy, 1000 / month on Family. Trips don’t count.
3. Family = Family plan + a home. Share a card or a whole shelf.
4. Home-screen voice assistant = if your account allows it.
5. Voice files are optional.
6. Delete is permanent.
7. Rimofy does not invent: if it has no memory, it says so.
