1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Account: email, identifier, optionally an identity provider.
• Voluntary memories: photo, voice, text, document, place — only when you save them.
• Household: invites, members, memories you choose to share.
• Billing: subscription status, payment IDs at the provider (Lyrra does not store card numbers).
• Technical: security logs, session cookies, cookie-banner preference (local storage).

Nothing is recorded continuously. If you never memorised it, Rimofy does not know it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (account, memory, Ask, household) — contract.
• Billing and fraud prevention — legal duty and legitimate interest.
• Security and availability — legitimate interest.

No targeted advertising, no data sale, no training of third-party models on your memories.

4. Recipients

Hosting and storage in the European Union. Necessary processors: authentication, payments, email, AI analysis to structure what you memorised. They act only on Lyrra’s instructions.

5. Retention

Account and memories last as long as the account exists. After deletion, erasure within a reasonable time, except legal archives (invoices). Technical logs are kept only as long as security requires.

6. Your rights
