1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Account: email, identifier, optionally an identity provider.
• Voluntary memories: photo, voice, text, document, place — only when you save them.
• Household: invites, members, memories you choose to share.
• Billing: subscription status, payment IDs at the provider (Lyrra does not store card numbers).
• Technical: security logs, session cookies, cookie-banner preference, and, only if you accept, Meta ad-click identifiers.
• Google (optional): Google account email if you sign in with Google; a Calendar access token if you connect Google Calendar in settings.

Nothing is recorded continuously. Rimofy remembers only what you choose. Automatic trips, if enabled, remain an explicit option. If you never memorised it, Rimofy does not know it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (account, memory, Ask, household) — contract.
• Billing and fraud prevention — legal duty and legitimate interest.
• Security and availability — legitimate interest.
• Meta ads measurement (registration, first memory, app install, subscription) — consent. No memory content or health data is sent to Meta.

No advertising inside the app, no data sale, no training of third-party models on your memories.

4. Google Calendar

If you opt in from settings, Rimofy requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events. This is used to show your Google appointments in the Rimofy calendar, and to create or update an appointment you dictated or that was extracted from a document (title, date, time, location). Health notes stay out of Google Calendar unless you explicitly turn that sync on. Rimofy only accesses the primary calendar, does not delete events, and does not keep a permanent copy of your agenda: events are read when the calendar is shown. The token is stored against your account; you can revoke it anytime in Rimofy (Disconnect) or from your Google Account.

5. Recipients

Hosting and storage in the European Union. Necessary processors: authentication, payments, email, AI analysis to structure what you memorised. They act only on Lyrra’s instructions. If you accept ads measurement, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives conversion events (hashed email, click IDs); no memory content is sent.

6. Retention

Account and memories last as long as the account exists. After deletion, erasure within a reasonable time, except legal archives (invoices). Technical logs are kept only as long as security requires.
